Beta Gamma Chapter Investment Club
As a student-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Beta Gamma Chapter Investment Club (BGCIC), commonly referred to as BGCIC, is dedicated to empowering young professionals and Virginia State University students to take control of their financial futures. Our investment club provides a unique platform for members to learn about investing, entrepreneurship, and personal finance while building a supportive community.
Established in December 2020, BGCIC operates under the guidance of Beta Gamma Chapter alumni members and the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Nu Lambda Chapter.
Our mission is to provide educational resources and workshops on investing and personal finance to members and students at Virginia State University. We also facilitate mentorship programs and networking events, forge strategic partnerships with financial institutions and industry experts, and cultivate a culture of financial literacy and responsibility among our peers.
